We passed under the Brickell Bridge at night while on a boat, and it was absolutely beautiful. The city lights reflecting on the water created a magical atmosphere. The view of the buildings lit up around us was stunning, and the breeze made the ride even more enjoyable. It was a peaceful and unforgettable moment — a perfect way to experience the beauty of Miami at night❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommended for a nighttime boat tour!
The girls at the reception on the 6th floor respond with a very bad attitude and character when giving information to people who come to make their residents feel good. They believe that the building belongs to them .If this attitude changes, I will remove the comment, but it really is in very bad taste.
I never write reviews BUT … residential staff is so supposed to be so nice to guests, taking care of them, leading them to their friend’s home. I was greeted by Arty, with two piercings. He said, “protocol.” After we had the unit owner on speaker saying to let us in. This building is listed as a good building, the staff on the 6th floor (two women) were not at the desk when we approached. They called the police and threatened arrest. Renting for two years, definitely not recommend this building on so many levels, I live on the 38 floor and the noise level in the apartment with the cars and motorcycles is in your living room, also very low water pressure and very small water heater. Spa is closed for over two years in which can't use the spa spa steam room and sauna... Very disappointing the quality of builder. And this is coming from a professional realtor.
