We have known Tim for over 2 years. He guided us through a 1031 Exchange transaction – something that was totally new to us. More recently, Tim also championed a sale of our remaining Raleigh townhouse. He offers suggestions and alternative scenarios, and is overall a great guy. We recommend him without reservation.
Tim was instrumental in negotiating the contract for our home. He is very knowledgable and goes above and beyond what is expected.
My wife and I listed our house with Tim. His experience shines and he did all the things required to make him an excellent agent including excellent communications and providing quality guidance. We would not hesitate to use him again!
Our experience in buying a home using Tim's team was not on a good path, but Tim injected himself into the process and pushed it across the finish line. The appraisal of our home was well below our offer, which jeopardized the deal, but Tim worked with the seller's agent to soften the blow. Tim also properly handled an irate buyer (me) by listening to the problem and offering an acceptable solution. Had the part before Tim's involvement gone as well as after he became involved, we would have given our experience five stars.
