Jayme is very knowledgeable about real estate as well as professional and courteous. He is a good communicator at keeping you informed every step of the way. He offers much needed information to new home buyers/sellers about notifying your bank, the title company and the utilities to inform them of when to take final readings and set up new billing at the new address. He works diligently behind the scenes but to the buyer/seller the entire process appears to run seamlessly.
John was excellent when it came to explaining everything to us as first time home buyers. He was able to navigate us throughout the whole process and provided a lot of resources including lawyers and inspectors. John was always available and answered all our questions and never hesitated no matter what time it was. I highly recommend using John to anybody whether it comes to buying or selling.

I had a very positive experience. When faced with a less-then-helpful mortgage company, Evan was diligent in making the calls and sending the emails/texts to keep them on track Even giving up vacation time to do so. I doubt my closing would have occurred on time without his help. I hope to use Evan again in the future.
It was an absolute pleasure working with John. He is very personable, honest, patient, and transparent. John always made sure to quickly address any of our concerns during the complex process of selling our home and buying another home at the same time, a challenge that many other real estate agents would not have taken on as swiftly as John did.
