Jeremiah was a pleasure to work with through the process of preparing to list our house, putting our house on the market, and through the closing process. He was committed to working with us through the entire process and kept in close contact the entire time. He even sold the house within the first 2 weeks! We will DEFINATELY use Jeremiah in the future and would highly recommend Jeremiah to anyone, including our family and friends! We had nothing but a positive experience!

Jeremiah was nothing but excellent. I was an Over-the-Road driver during my house search. It didn't take long to find my perfect home. But with me being gone he helped my wife take care of many of the issues we encountered in obtaining a foreclosed home. He helped in ways I never expected or asked for. A friend referred me to Jeremiah and it maybe the best referral I have ever received. Jeremiah was by far the most knowledgeable and easies realtor I have ever worked with. Jeremiah is the best! He was diligent in helping us find our first home and was available any time day or night to answer questions for us along the way. That was almost 10 years ago and we still recommend him to anyone we know. I bought and sold my first home with Jeremiah. It was a really fun and easy process! I will definitely be buying my next home with him as well! I work nights so trying to call people can be difficult. Jeremiah was more than willing to send emails since it worked best with my schedule. Jeremiah was great to work with! It was our first home-buying experience and he walked us through the entire process and was very patient with us as we kept changing our mind what we were looking for. Once we closed on a house, he was able to provide contacts of work we wanted to have done to our new home. We have been in our home for over a year now and will definitly be contacting Jeremiah when the time comes to look for a new place.
