Mike did a great job helping us buy our first home. He was a great person to work with and was always on time. He had quick responses every time we had a question. He did research about what we were looking at and gave great guidance during the negotiating process. I highly recommend him, he made the purchase of our first home an enjoyable one.

Mike is a true professional and was great to work with. I'd reccomend him to my closest friends. He was enguaged and took an interest in our family and he really helped us achieve our dream of living on a lake. He was always willing to be available even when it wasn't always convienant for him. Highly recommended and it would be a mistake to not use him!

Mike went above and beyond in searching for the exact style and location of home I was looking for. He was relentless in preserving my best interest with the negotiation process. Mike kept me informed every step of the way and was always available by phone, text or email during the entire process. I will definitely use Mike for any future home purchases and would recommend him to anyone that is familiar or unfamiliar with the home purchase process.

Jeremiah went above and beyond! There were a few issues with the inspection but he dealt with the other realitor and got the issues resolved to our satisfaction! Every time we called with a question he had an answer or was a step ahead of us. Would definitely recommend him to my family and friends!

I initially wanted to look at a property that had water damage in attempts to decide if it was worth fixing up. The first agent I contacted would not show me this property unless I was pre-approved. This seemed ridiculous to me, I just wanted to see what the house looked like, I did not want to buy it right away. This was a $140,000 dollar property.
