5 years ago when no other realtor would take the time to talk with us about selling our house, Jeremiah came to our home and spent quite some time discussing the pro's & con's. He is not only a great realtor, but a wonderful person who we consider a friend. I don't know of anyone who tries harder to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.

Very knowledgeable, and a great person to work with. Covered all of our needs of buying our home and finding our new home. HE has an amazing team. Chris went above and beyond for us while Jeremiah was on Vacation.

Kris is a subject matter expert! 3 reasons why I say that: 1. He negotiated a partial closing cost for me while my selling paid the other half. 2. He was always available to answer questions and when I needed him for a showing, he was not only punctual, but never hesitated. He even offered me a ride when mine was broken! and 3. when my lender begin lagging behind, he jumped right at them and urged them to get the process rolling! He is generally a great guy to work with! Thanks Kris for your help!

Kris was very professional and went beyond my expectations. He assisted in finding exactly what I was looking for. He knew what I was looking for and provided many options of homes to look through. I would highly recommend Mike Spindler. He is one of kind when it comes to the realty business. He was always there and communicated with me whenever I needed to get in touch with him to check out homes I had an interest in. When we would go look at a home he would ask me what I liked about each home that we looked at and then took that into consideration of what homes he would recommend for me to check out. My experience with Mr. Mike Spindler was second two none. This was the fourth sale I've had and the experience was great. He did the listing after a very thorough evaluation of the property and within a couple showings had it sold. Mike has a relentless work ethic and a attention to detail that sets him apart from most of the Realtors out there. I recommend him for all your Real Estate needs.
