My wife and I have and still are after 6month in are New Home, Mike took care of us from day one, He took us to the areas we wanted to go, Mike pointed out good and bad things in some of the houses we saw, then when we found the right one Mike was there from start to finish, so i would give Mike 5 stars.

Mike helped us sell our house and buy our new house. We couldn't be happier with him! He was very knowledgeable about the area and did his research! Even after the sale, we had some questions come back and he helped us out with them.

Besides being professional, highly competent and great at his job, what I liked best about Mike was his personable demeanor and ability to connect with us as his clients. He focused well on our specific needs, was always very responsive and sincerely tried to help us find the right house to buy from the beginning to end of the process. He handled all surprises in the closing processes and kept us moving forward toward our goal. We highly recommend Mike Spindler.

Mike helped us through a difficult situation with our first buyers and recommended that we re-list our house. We were very nervous at first, but it ended up being the right decision and we got a very good price for our house. Mike did a good job of keeping us updated on the process and what all our options were.

We were first time home buyers and had many requests in terms of what we were looking for in a home. We had a huge list of homes that we found on our own that Jeremiah was happy to arrange showings for, but we ended up purchasing the one that he found for us based on our wish list. We knew right away that it was the one. Jeremiah cares about getting you what you want and makes you feel like you're his number one priority. He is easy to work with and helped us through the whole process.

Jeremiah assisted me in the purchase of my first home. Jeremiah's responsiveness is what stands out to me the most. He was always readily available to look at newly listed houses and answer any questions. Since I had such a positive experience with Jeremiah the first time, I have since chosen to utilize his services again while on the search for a new home.
