Dean was a great realtor. Knowledgeable, on time, personable, and really made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I would highly recommend. He was always available and really put in the effort to meet my needs. If there were any obstacles, he wasn't afraid to dig in and get them resolved. He worked closely with the seller's agent, lender, and others. No steps were missed and I really liked his attention to detail.
Dean was not friendly at all. He was irritable, belittling and expects one to apply for a rental FIRST, before he will even consider a tour=lazy. He prefers to place the cart before the horse. Just don't bother because he won't bother either.
