You'd be crazy to trust her This woman destroyed my life as a 4th grade teacher and left me in therapy for years as a teacher in Fairport's Dudley-Northside. Anyone who can belittle and bully an 8-9 year old should not be trusted, especially with a transaction as important as real estate. There is a reason she is no longer teaching and turned to real estate.

Military Friendly and hard working! Tracey and her entire staff were great. They helped us with a short sale and were able to get it closed quickly (others said it could not be done). VERY military friendly. We had to move on short notice and we did not know what to do with our under-water mortgage. Tracey knew exactly how to get the house sold and how to work with the bank in order to meet our closing deadline. Everything went exactly as she said it would, and we even closed on the predicted date!

Acreage Sale We listed our acreage with Bill Jennings and have not been more disappointed in anyone! He is lying when he says that he spoke to us about the septic system. We know our is needing replaced and he told us that we could sell "as Is" and now he says that we need to replace it after we lowered the price $10k to cover that charge. He NEVER told us that was not included in the 'AS IS" clause. We want to raise the price back up if we have to replace it or he can pay for it out of his pocket. We cannot afford this.
