I am very excited at the opportunity to work with Louella! With 32 years of experience in the Triangle - few can beat that!
I really couldn't imagine a worse property manager, or professional in general, than Louella Venable. Unresponsive, incompetent, and disrespectful are the three words I'd use to describe her. In hindsight, I would avoid dealing with her at all costs
Louella is extremely unresponsive. Found a rental listing of hers on the internet. I contacted her 4/13 to request a showing. She told me she would call me back. Never did. I contacted her again on 4/18. Said she could meet at 5:30. I went to the property and waited for 1 hour. She never showed up. Additionally would not answer her phone. In 2012, one would question how someone in real estate would not follow up with every lead they receive, but she has not.
