Everything started off well. We found a rental home on Zillow, toured it with Eric, and since my husband and I are very easygoing, the initial process was smooth. As a real estate agent, I recently had the pleasure of working with Sharon Kennedy on the opposite side of a transaction, and she was truly wonderful to work with. She was professional, responsive, honest and a great communicator from start to finish. She even attended closing, which I really appreciated! Sharon stayed on top of the details and worked hard to make sure everything came together smoothly. I genuinely enjoyed working with her and would be happy to work together again!
Big mistake. 1. The pictures are done by their spouse with no lighting, etc. And look like they're taken from a cellphone. If you don't take a low ball offer they quit on you without notice and break the contract.
When realtors think they own your house and can do and say what they want, avoid Janet Infager, if she still there. Her almighty attitude no one should be working with her. If you do work with her, she will forget your working with her, so might be helpful for you.
Friendly staff, lots of offices, and plenty of office rooms.
