2 yrs. ago my wife and I made a trip to Wilmington, NC from Connecticut to start looking for a place to retire. This was our first trip to Wilmington and we were just looking at different areas and not looking at any specific houses. It was not my first home purchased, I worked before with some realtors in other states and countries, but Monica Rolquin was the best, great agent. I was only in Wilmington for a few days, and bidding against four other buyers. With Monica's advice and support I won the bid and bought my new condo. She helped me prepare everything for closing over the internet long-distance because I work out of the country. Monica is a great real-estate person if you are looking to buy. She will filter out hundreds of listings to find out what you are looking for, that is within ( or below) your price range. She has the buyer in mind throughout the whole process, taking care of all (and beyond) what is necessary. She made my whole process much easier than I could have ever imagined.
