Monica was extremely professional and consistent with the sale of my home throughout the entire time it was on the market. She provided detailed information and advice that positively influenced the sale of my home. Not only was she very professional, but she is personable and showed great interest in getting me the desired outcome. She has amble negotiation skills which she used in order to meet my final offering price of my home.
