We met Monica when we called to see a house for sale in September 2015. Based on that meeting we decided to use her exclusively as our agent while searching for our new home. She is knowledgeable, responsive and a great negotiator. We found our home and she guided us through the purchase process. She made a STRESSFUL situation less stressful. Even though our home is purchased she continues offer any help or advise. She truly is a full service realtor.
Monica was fabulous helping my family through the estate sale of our parents' home. Her knowledge of local NC real estate laws was especially helpful in the planning process of transferring the property. She was creative in supporting our pricing strategy and her responsiveness was unmatched by other real estate agents we interviewed. Monica was absolutely wonderful! She touched base with us in late 2013 as we were beginning to see what was on the market. We weren't ready to purchase yet.
