Started out ok but quickly went South. Our bank needed 35 days to close, Rob ensured us that there was no way the bank would be ready in 35 days. Here we are at 34 and the bank is ready to close but Rob doesn't have the paperwork ready. He ensured he would have the paperwork to us and bank so we could close on day 40. He failed to get us the paperwork on time so we could close on day 40 and still do not have an updated closing date. We have sold our current home and have to move out of it.
