As a first time renter and young adult looking for my first home alone, I was apprehensive and inexperienced. Awesome customer service by Janice and her team. They are helpful, prompt, honest and serve in the interest of both the landlord and tenants. I always keep in contact with my tenants and they say whenever there is an issue, the Maintenance team is out there promptly. Repairs are done quickly and very reasonably priced. My tenants are happy and I am happy....what more can you ask for?
Anyone looking to buy/rent a property in Las Vegas, please look elsewhere! I have rented a property through Janice Cofield at Remax Central for the past 2 years and it has been the worst experience imaginable. There is a list of property defects reported to Mrs. Cofield and her staff which were reported almost 2 years (others reported about a year ago) which Remax has ignored or is unwilling to fix. The tenant is angry because he did not wish to give 30 day written notice to vacate as is required by both the tenant and the owner. He also refused to pay last months rent. Only at that time did he become angry and give us a list of repairs. Until last month, he had only called in 3 repairs over the last two years, all of which were taken care of with in days of being notified.
