This review pertains to Danielle Willard at this office. After exchanging emails with Danielle we set up an appointment to tour two properties in the same complex. I fully planned on proceeding with a lease after this. I arrived on time and called her cell and it went to voice mail. l left message. Waited 30 more minutes and then emailed her and finally gave up and went home. Complete waste of my time. 5 days later and I still have never received any more contact from her, completely ghosted. Janice represented me in the purchase of a condo several years ago. She was always available to talk when I called and always answered my questions. She also represented me in the sale of the condo several years later and got me top price in a short time on the market.

Janice Cofield represented me when I purchased my home in Sun City Summerlin. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very accommodating on everything related to finding my home. I can honestly say it was a pleasure working with Janice who always had a smile and a positive attitude. My Closing went smoothly and there weren’t any surprises. I can honestly say that I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again should I decide to buy or sell a home in Las Vegas.

Janice helped us manage two investment properties, and when the time was right for us, she helped us sell them. She did a fantastic job. She helped get the properties ready to show with quick, rational repairs and improvements. She did very simple and cheap, but also very impactful, staging. She has great judgment about what prices to set, and how to evaluate offers. She was quick, concise and clear in all communications. We couldn't have been happier working with Janice on the sale of these properties.

Janice manages three homes for me. She and her partner in crime Danielle always are responsive, know the market very well, and have the experience to handle even the most bizarre situations that come up with the utmost professionalism. I have been working with her for over 5 years and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or have great property management.

I can talk forever about the great experience with Janice. She always has the seller or buyers best interest in mind. She is knowledgeable, thorough and has excellent follow up and keeps you in the know, at all times regarding the status of deal.

Janice has always gone above and beyond, in both buying and selling properties! Fair, honest, knowledgeable, reliable are just a few words that would describe Janice! We would use anyone else!
