Janice has been our property manager for many years. We have previously had a few other property managers that were awful. She is very professional and wonderful to work with. We recently purchased another rental property. Janice was so accomodating in showing us property after property on our few trips to Vegas until we found the right property. She even came with us on the walk-thru and did her own thorough inspection of the property. We highly recommend Janice and her staff.
Jan sold our house in June 2015. She made the process as easy and painless as she could. Knowing we were military and moving out of the country pretty quickly, she did her best to get the house closed on and all papers done in a timely manner!
