Sean Guim at RE/MAX Advance Realty II is extremely unprofessional. Instead of facilitating communication between the property owners and I, he ignored my calls and texts until they had found another offer. He only responded to me once I called the brokerage and asked a colleague of his to reach out to him. Even if you’re listing your property, I would avoid him and anyone who employes him at all costs.
Regarding Remax Advanced Realty, I would like to offer my highest recommendation for Ms. Anni Bello. I have utilized her services on two separate occasions—reaching out to her directly—and she is truly exceptional, both as a human being and as a professional. I recommend her wholeheartedly, whether you are looking to sell or rent out a property. I have the utmost respect for her, given the dedication and passion she puts into her work, and—above all—her honesty. I can truly recommend both her and the Remax company. Thank you... read more
Ady has been an excellent realtor. She has given that extra that many do not give. She moved, looked for the best offers. Patient and does not take off. My case was a difficult one but she was very persistent and sure of what she was doing. If you are looking for your new home or take that step in life. You need the right person. Thank you Ady!
