We purchased a couch from RC Willey and set up to have it delivered the next week. I had changed my work schedule to accommodate the very few hours a week they run delivery truck (only 2 days a week during morning hours) after getting all that arranged we wait for the delivery truck to arrive and it does not show up. Delivered a high value load of Samsung products from Los Angeles. Had to leave my drivers license with receiving to borrow their bolt cutters to remove seal. Told truck in dock 25 is leaving soon, pull in there when he does. Well he was there for another 45 minutes. Docks 24 and 26 on either side were open! Very slow unloading. Partly due to them taking their lunch break instead of pulling the last 2 pallets off my trailer!

I was willing and able even insistent to pay cash for a bench I bought. But the salesman pushed using their credit. Well apparently rc willey is more apt yo refuse a payment than make themselves able to recieve one. The challenges generated on their end made it difficult to pay them. Called in to pay over the phone they don't take cards. much better furniture stores to shop, where they actually treat you with RESPECT. reason there so big, they carry their own contracts, and have a variety of low-budget, to moderate priced furniture. do your research, and ask around, theirs a lot of great furniture stores out there. My daughter has lived a nightmare since she made over a $15.000.00 purchase for a new home. Couldn't get a sectional serviced, and was delivered DEFECTIVE TO START WITH. MORE PEOPLE NEED TO SPEAK UP, WHETHER POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE.
