because the woman photographer she ruin the moment been rude when she hear me talk in spanish.for Santa pictures, she told me are you stealing?? and I say no is my keychain I dont want it to be in my picture, but definetly the store manager shoult get other photograper

rcwilley promised me a 10 percent discount. they increased my price and then gave me the discount.

From looking at your purchases, you purchased a lot of furniture as well as appliances. Our Labor Day promotion on furniture had the sales prices applied directly to the products. #RCWILLEYSUCKS our bed just broke and the lady Jessica who “helped” me was out of control rude to me and then when asking for my confirmation email she hung up one me. Guess who I will no longer be buying from?! I could not believe the lack of help and the rudeness I received. Who allows their staff to hang up on someone and not even help a person. RC Willey flooded my house and left a big whole in my living room as the ceiling drywall completely fell off. They refused to take any liability or even apologize to me. And of course, they would give me the worse customer service possible to try to brush off my complaint when I tried to contact them to get the problem resolved. Worse customer service experience I ever had. I am never going to spend a single penny again at RC Willey ever again!

When you reported the damage to your home and an insurance claim was filed with us, an independent adjuster was sent to you home to inspect and investigate the loss. The independent adjuster indicated that there was a small slow leak from the cold water line, but this small leak could not have caused the amount of damage in the home in such a short period of time.
