My custom sofa, to be done in 8 weeks, is not done now for 12 weeks and no one will contact me to know what is happening! Keep saying they’re on top of it, but not one time has anyone kept their word on when to expect it! Spent almost $5000 & getting terrible service! Would never, ever buy anything again from this store! Don’t care about the customer or keeping their word!

RC Willey needs to stop running hard inquiries on my credit without my authorization.
We purchased a chair from RC Willey in October 2019. It's currently broken and their tech left it unusable when he came out to attempt a fix over a week ago. We have forced the chair back down enough (from fully reclined) to be able to mostly use it. But we're being told that the chair's replacement part won't be in until end of February (over 2 months broken at that point) and that there is nothing RC Willey can do because the manufacturer won't let them. RC Willey use to be my go-to place. I have a CC there and everything. But, I just purchased the Retro Red 5 Piece Counter Height Dining Set - Appert. When they delivered they didn't set it up, we did. Not a big deal. But, we had to refuse 2 of the chairs because they had rips in them. After setting up the table we noticed a scratch on it and on one side of it it was de-laminating. We called and let them know about the table, set up an exchange. Awful products, worse customer support. Purchased marble top DR table but with more expensive chairs than set 11/18. Wrong chairs were delivered-more expensive unavailable even though I had already paid for them. During the following T'giving dinner a chair my son was seated in crashed to the floor due to a loose leg. Then the marble top broke.
