This was my first time speaking with a mental health professional, and Dr. Maria Alonso made the experience feel much less intimidating than I expected. She was incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming, and she immediately put me at ease. I felt comfortable speaking to her, and I really appreciated how approachable and understanding she was throughout our conversation. All in all, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend R&C psychiatry.
