Stay away from this dealership!!!!! There are several honorable Mercedes Benz dealerships in the metro Atlanta area but RBM of Alpharetta is not one of them. Stay away folks!!!!
Very bad experience with the Service department. Messed up the leather on my steering wheel when i took the car in for a rotor job. Service Manager tried to blame it on me. Did not want to fix it. Asked for the GM and waiting to speak to him.
