Working with Vadim Russu to get the vehicle we wanted was a pleasure. He was patient while we made up our mind and was always personable. He never pressured us to make a decision. Yesterday I bought my most recent Mercedes on my own for the first time. Jeff Twiggs was my salesperson and he was so kind and knowledgeable and made the experience pain free. He made the experience easy and comfortable and as a single female did not feel intimidated. Also a shout out to Diane Evans who took a lot of time and patience to walk me through all of the extraordinary features of the vehicle.
