We "kicked the tires" so many times at RBM of Alpharetta, We might know our way around their lot better some employees. Each time, I was met with a friendly smile, a genuine hello and never felt pressured, like virtually every other dealership in Atlanta. I purchased my first AMG from Dan Berry a few weeks ago and am very pleased. Not only with the performance of the vehicle but also the customer experience as well. I purchased a 10 year old, used 4Runner from Bill Favini and was treated as if I was purchasing a $100k Mercedes. I thoroughly appreciated the attention they gave me and the time they gave me to ensure a good transition to another vehicle. 10/10 would purchase from RBM again.
More than disappointed! Very excited to own a Mercedes and expected so much more from service Dept. Drove 2 hrs to get dealership service, waited 2 1/2 hrs for alignment??? And then bill was double the quoted price. Service manager stepped up and corrected amount. Our " service rep. "Teresa Cox was rude and didn't have time to talk with us when we questioned time and bill. Will never be back and will buy our next car somewhere else. The best or nothing my ass.
