RecommendedYou guys were on my mind. I was in the market to upgrade my 2017 Mercedes. By far RBM of Alpharetta has gone far beyond my expectations. From the time I called Mark Higgs about financing, he workes diligently to make sure I rode in my upgraded Mercedes that day. After the purchase, It seems like the whole management staff came around to thank me. That was Awesome!! I will definitely leave these guys 5 Stars!! Well worth it.
I came here a few months ago for a A service. First, when I pulled up for my Apt I was told to fo inside and my advisor would be with me. He finally strolled around corner 10 minutes later. He was dry dry, and straight to the point. I was offered courtesy car but I declined due to a hour wait. I took my CLS 550 in for service. Don Ratajski and the service department staff took great care of me including installing my push to start button I didn’t know I had in my car for no extra charge.

Bought a 2019 CPO E300 less than a month ago here and it has been in the shop more than it has been on the road! Do NOT buy from here!!!
Not a great experience with my last service where I ended up paying more money for replacing a flat tire for loaner. Loaner tire should have been charged for factory price instead of retail....
