What a horrible service experience I had at this dealership! I agreed to have my car diagnosed here which I always do only to be told they couldn’t find the problem. This is the second time this has happened. The only resolution they offered was for me to pay additional money for them to keep searching for the problem. Where are the Mercedes EXPERTS?? This dealership is damaging the Mercedes-Benz BRAND. @Mercedes-Benz
Easy and relaxing car-buying experience. We've bought several cars over the years from RBM and this is what we have come to expect from them. This was our first time working with Kyle Edson - very knowledgeable, fun and very helpful. He made sure our entire experience was top notch. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle. RBM really can't be beat.
