We have been loyal Razzari customers for over 25 plus years. We have always enjoyed the top of the line service we received from the sales staff, we have gown accustom to it, and it is a pleasure to shop there. We usually buy a new car or truck just about every five years or so. Our most recent purchase was this past April, picked up a 2015 Edge Titanium, fully loaded. I would leave zero stars if I could! Salesman Jimmy completely lied to us about financing for my daughter. .. she sold her car she had so she could have a down payment on a car at razzaries. .. then when we got there Jimmy told us she did not qualify after all! And he told us earlier in the day that she did! Horrible man! So we went to McCauley Ford in Patterson and got her a much nicer car for a great rate! Guess Jimmy did us a favor in the long run! Would NEVER go back to Razzari again!

I came in today and got the best service ever! Debra gave me the best customer service I've ever gotten! Thank you Debra, because of you I was in and out in 25 minutes. I couldn't be more thankful. Worst place to take your car for service in merced , they almost never answer the phone and take forever to do things . I had my car dropped off today about 9 am to change spark plugs and I still havent gotten it back . I understand that taking the time to fix things is good but spark plugs shouldn't even take 5 hours , still no word on when ill get my car back
