Took my 05 Ford Focus in for a oil change and drove off with a new Focus St
We took our Mustang in for a 105000 Mile check. All seems well till we were told it needed work. Val , as always , very very friendly , but it took to long to get it all done. I know they had to order the parts and wait to get them in. But when the parts came in they should have stopped working on the other car and finish this one, unless the other car was there first. I was not happy this time .
Do NOT buy from this dealership! We were nothing but lied to at this dealership and didn't find out till after we gave them our business. We stopped by to look at the Mazda cx5, as soon as we got there Carlos came out to greet us. He seemed nice and wasn't pushy. The next day we went back for the car and dealt with Carlos again, this time his sales manager Mike was also involved. Brought my 2012 ford Mustang GT 5.0 in for a standard service to include oil change tire rotation and a battery corrosion service also had a ticking ticking noise wasn't found but everything else was okay I have no complaints I also had engine air filter replaced

Took my wrangler in for a standard oil change and asked for an early morning, weekend appointment to make sure it gets done. Drop my car off at 945 am, dude tells me it'll be done by 3. Perfect. By 630 pm I get no phone call and instead I drive over there and they tell my car is locked in the garage till monday!!! Wtf??? Horrible service and I'll be going to pep boys instead from now on.
Parts and service always puts up with my crazy requests and sad sob stories. Thank you guys for always giving me great deals for my budget and keeping me informed of my trucks needs.
Everything went very well. Jasmine was the staff that took care of most everything, if not all, that needed to be taken care. At the end when i went back to get the car, they also washed the car. I thought that was really awesome and generous. Thanks again.
