Bought my ford took it in 3 times for recall on clutch razzari is still unable to fix. What I learned from this? Don't buy a ford.
Went with my friend to get info and do"the buyers walk" down auto center drive where we met Anthony he was informative and helped a lot. By end of night, we left totally in love with a car and confident that Mr friend had time to think on the financing options(no pressure-which I worried about cuz this was my friends first time looking for new/used car ) came back the next day and he walked away with a car he was confident in purchasing. We both felt comfortable in Anthony's ability to be informative and courteous.
This was the most exciting experience of my life buying a vehicle from this dealer. It was fast and Eric Fimbrez was very polite and very professional from the moment we met in the car lot. I told him what I wanted and he delivered. He answered all my questions and provided me with excellent details about the vehicle I chose. Much props also to the finance manager. I am so happy about my experience. I went into it completely skeptical because I've heard horror stories about purchasing cars in general. Barbara was the woman who helped me purchase my car. She is amazing, sweet, and friendly. I felt like I was purchasing a car from my friend, and totally trusted her. I'm so in love with my Ford Fusion and the process was smooth and actually very positive. Would come here again, and will recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Barbara!
