My fiancé and I told them that we needed a family car and we wanted a Jeep that’s not in the shop often with a lot of issues, I have not even owned my vehicle a year. It has been in the shop six times and we’ve had nothing but issues with it. Razzari could not seem to find any issues with the car and every time we were told it was fixed the same problem kept occurring. RecommendedVery pleased with my recent service at Razzari Ford. My 2011 Fiesta had transmission problems. Had it towed in and it turned out to be covered under warranty. Andrew was very good with keeping me up-to-date on what was happening. Back in service and running fine.

I couldnt begin to tell you where they could start to improve as the entire procedure of buying a Jeep Renegade from Shawn and Lawrence at Razzari Jeep has been a nightmare. I've never been treated so rudely or swindled so badly. If you're gonna screw someone over guys.... make sure the contract is CORRECT so there is no need for a resign VIN numbers are kinda important. So is customer service, so is not lying from the get go to your customers, so is not having smart mouth, brat salesmen who think they are smarter than you.
Very happy with my new Ford Explorer and the service I received while leasing it!
