Our sales experience with Razzari Jeep was really good, but the Jeep service department is difficult, slow, and is plagued by horribly unprofessional management. After being a customer for years I am finally done! Ford Service Department is so disappointing and more disappointing is the treatment I just got from the service Director, Weston Boeing! I miss Andrew and Val! Booked my appointment at Heritage Ford!

never will I buy or even refer anyone here! I bought a vehicle and have had nothing but trouble since. both myself AND my insurance agent have been trying to get information and a response for over a week and nothing. very unprofessional and rude! very unhappy with the entire experience!
