My car buying experience was great. My experience with your service department has been disappointing. The customer service in the service department has been grudging at best.

Wonderful experience every time I take my Fusion to get serviced! Andrew did a wonderful job. I didn’t realize they closed early on Saturdays and Andrew had no issue waiting for me to come get my car! AND they washed my car for me (which is a big deal for me! 😂)
The service writer Val he doesn’t want to help other service writer costumer. He what makes a good dealership look bad. I have him a couple time as a service writer and he never call to let me know if my van is done or not. I always have to go to the dealership to ask if they even started on my van or finished. The last time I waited almost two week for my van when it was already work on.
Val and the Shuttle driver were very polite, and my car was repaired, No. Problems. I recommend Razzari Auto Center.
I went to get my Ford 150 serviced with an oil change and while waiting I walked around there lot where I noticed a 2016 Explorer. I then let my wife know about the Explorer and later that evening we bought it. Thanks to the sales person who didn't force us into it but made the car buying experience a good one. My wife and I will always use Rizzari Ford for all of our Ford needs.
I recommend the Razzari Ford dealership in Merced. The people are very friendly and helpful. We have been dealing with them for several years now. No matter if we have leased a vehicle or decided to own one. We were there until time for the business to close a few times getting the vehicle that we wanted. They even went to another Ford dealership to get us the Escape that we wanted.
Val is great, he even scrapped the sticker residue off my windshield for me. I want him as my tech everytime I go there .
