Purchased a $2,000.00 sofa two months ago which is made from feathers. Feathers are settling and sofa looks like it is 2 years old. Repair man came out and told me a lot of complaints about this sofa. He advised me that sales person Richard should of told me sofa was made of feathers. He said salesman should call me and maybe they could exchange for something else. They called me and said nothing they can do. I have purchased a lot of furniture from them never again. I am filing a complaint with Better business bureau.
