I am so disappointed with this store. Ordered a recliner in November. The sales rep told us it would be in November 30th. Then it was December 10th, then December 21st. It was supposed to be delivered December 28th between 10 am and 1 pm. It is now 2:40 and they are still not here. Trying to reach these people is near impossible. Horrible customer service. Never dealing with them again.
RecommendedChris Case at the Henrietta location was awesome! In and out in under 45 minutes with exactly what we wanted! We will be back once we move into our new home to see him again!!!

Terrible Customer Service.
Terrible service. Sales rep did absolutely nothing for me. My best friend located a table online. Waste of time and from previous terrible experience with raymour im done I’m going to take my money and buy furniture elsewhere this place is a disgrace
I ordered a couch over 6 weeks ago. Every time I inquire I’m told that it’s been pushed bck. Now this morning I told another date 2 weeks from today
