RecommendedThe sevice was really good and I got two large items for the price I thought I would pay for one. My furniture was delivered and set up in A Raymour & Flanigan truck (thank you, I've had bad experiences from other stores). The furniture looks beautiful.
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! That's all I have to say. False advertising on the product photos - won't take returns - will send you through many loops and you won't even get your money back
This is what their white glove delivery did to my walls! I was told to call customer service called yesterday and was told they would call me back... still haven’t heard anything!
A friend of mine bought a Very expensive mattress that had a GUARANTEE..Raymour & Flannigan is not honouring it. He is Now stuck with a mattress that sinks in the middle. Ridiculous.😞
once again I'm going to say this I bought a sofa 3 years ago from you guys I bought the extra warranty everything should be fine all of a sudden my leather sofa is ripping splitting and you people don't want to do anything customer service really sucks I can't tell you how many times they were so rude to me they sent out a guy to look at it he said it was a defective sofa never heard anything back from you people there any Tommy you never sent out anybody it's ridiculous I will never do business with you $3,000 is a lot for ... read more
