I have been waiting for my furniture since June. Numerous times after contacting customer service they have changed my dates. Now they tell me August 20th! This is not right! I paid over $2000.00 for furniture that this company has yet to deliver!
RecommendedWe went in tonight and all the computers were down, no phones were working! We were greeted by the Manager of the store, she let us know what was going on, we were fine with that. We looked at all the sectionals with recliner chairs, kept comparing them to something we like from another store, but it only came in one color. Strongly disappointed in the service we have received. My order was messed up and now my mattress has not been delivered in the timeframe that we have been given. I will not be ordering from this place again

HORRIBLE experience. Went on Labor Day to purchase furniture and the employee Anita Tobin assisting me made a HUGE error. After reviewing various time about what type of sectional would fit in my place and she still managed to order the wrong pieces. Just bought a sectional brought it home and unwrapped it to find that the chase lounge was on the wrong side. I called to see if I could return it to switch it out only for them to tell me it would be a restocking fee of almost $500. My family has bought furniture from this store many times so much so my dad and the sales people are on a first name basis. Extremely disappointed this is how they treat a loyal customer and will never return to this store.

We also bought a Very expensive mattress with a "Lifetime" guarantee,,after a couple of years it Also sunk in the middle, after numerous trips out by a person from Raymour to check its sinkness,,,it wasn't sunk enough to get a replacement! Meanwhile we can barley use it, I sleep in the spare room because it ruins my back for the whole next day.
