From the second we walked in the store we were swarmed with salesmen asking many questions even after we had said we were just browsing. The salesman FOLLOWED us around the whole store trying to ask us about styles and talking to us about the items. We couldn’t even really look at any of the furniture because the salesman was hovering too close. We had to hide from them and even then he showed up trying to get contact info from us. Thank you for coming out to attempt to fix my couch or to completely discolor it only to make it looks worse then when you started. Then tell me that if you replace it we lose our warranty. I should have left it as it was. It looked so much better than before your service dept touched it.
RecommendedTommy is the best sales guy and always lets us look without being interupted. We tell him what area we are working on and he takes us there and knows we are good on our own. And when we decide he is easy to locate, get us priced and on our way. And you can tell he is effective with us as we have consistantly purchase furniture year after year. Bonnie helped us that day and she is very knowledgeable of all of the products, informative and super helpful! She helped us with every single purchase! She was friendly and engaging. We purchased new living room furniture. The salesman was very easy to work with and was flexible with the delivery date to fit our schedule. Our delivery was right on time and I was surprised at how quickly they had everything set up.
