I want to give Mrs Kathy 5 stars, but the rest of the experience gets 1 star. I'm on my second order from them which is broken, for me to be told to pick up this evening. Then to receive a phone call today that it won't be in till wednesday. First order a 5000 couch for it to be delivered in pieces and to also have damage, they try ex to repair then to tell me to replace it my warrenty will be voided. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

This place is undescrible I have been shopping here since 2006 my family calls me ms raymour and Flanagan I love love everything there. I have brought furniture from sofas bedding rugs pictures I love it all best place to shop my sale persons are personal feels like family we hug and they never forget my na me if something needs adjusting or exchanged customer service is right on it you cant loose.

I do want to give GWEN 5 stars. She was excellent when i first purchased my furniture, but she "doesn't work there anymore". I asked to refund a deposit I had made on a different set and when I hadn't received my credit more than 15 business days later, it turned out it was paid out to a DANIEL Costello! This is after my name address number and last four digits of the card receiving the refund had been verified two times! Supposedly it was an accounting error.

Way too expensive and the showroom looks really outdated.
My experience was pretty quick and easy. I picked the sofa I liked and called the sales rep who provided more information on the make, fabric and availability of the sofa. Once done, I opted to picked up the sofa in Delaware which was also a pretty quick, easy and straightforward experience.
