My shopping experience was great. Cathy Castagna at the Deptford NJ store was very helpful, as well as knowledgeable regarding the furniture I was shopping for. Not my first time shopping there and will definitely return. My first scheduled delivery went well, I have another purchase coming later, and the young men delivering it very polite, quick and efficient.

The staff at the Deptford Store were very helpful. They showed interest in what we were looking for. They didn’t push us to make a purchase. Once we decided about which where to purchase they were very helpful. Great Job Raymond & Flanigan!

I have been making purchases from raymour and flanigan for a very long time and have always had wonderful experiences. Recently a mattress we had purchased four years ago was showing signs of being defective. Paid quite a bit for this mattress. Called and the issue was resolved within 1 week. Will be receiving my replacement in a day. Love it. The sales personnel are awesome

My shopping experience was Great! George (sales) and David (supervisor) were wonderful in helping me find the right pieces for my new apt. They were kind, friendly,and knowledgeable. But the service and delivery depts were horrible. Service dept made mistakes with my order, and a return. And they weren't empathetic or accommodating for their mistakes. The next time I shop there I will pick up my furniture instead of using their delivery service.

If I could give negative stars I would!! I paid $1,500 CASH for a couch and now it’s 3 days before my delivery date and they call to tell me they don’t have my couch and they won’t have it until the 3rd week in March. You mean to tell me that you didn’t know sooner?! You all have IPads you carry around on the floor that tell you information. I was just in there again on Saturday and no one told me anything about not getting my couch. Manager said there was nothing she could do. If I could give negative stars I would!!! The delivery was far from “white glove” after they caused damage inside and out of my apartment. After submitting pictures I heard nothing back. Avoid them like the plague because you’ll only have damaged walls to deal with. Extremely unprofessional delivery men and horrible business to deal with. Wish I had opted for a different store!
