Dr. Metz is a excellent doctor. He is friendly, courteous, funny, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. From my first appointment with him, to my unfortunate and fortunate last, he was awesome! As was all his staff. All the people who work in his office are wonderful people. All very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Metz!
Dr. Metz and his staff provided very professional and personal attention in diagnosing and performing surgery on my hand.
Excellent results from my surgery which was for a ganglion cyst wrapped around an artery in my wrist. I had previously had a problem holding a pen to write, now I am looking forward to getting back to the golf course.
Great work. Was very happy with Dr. Metz's approach: look for surgery alternatives first, listen to the patient, keep a positive attitude, be respectful of patient and address any patient concerns quickly and clearly. I was very happy with his physical therapy team, primarily Elizabeth (Betsy) Miller, who used great variety of exercises to help me to have a fully functioning elbow.

I broke my wrist and Dr. Metz was the orthopedic doctor I was recommended to see. Dr. Metz was personal and professional as he listened to my story and presented me with options. He answered all my questions and guided me through the expectations and recovery from surgery. The office staff are all kind and supportive. I would highly recommend Dr. Metz and Core Orthopedics to anyone in need!
Dr. Metz was the 4th specialist I saw in regards to a pain in my hand/wrist that everyone else diagnosed as carpal tunnel. He was the one that figured out it was not carpal tunnel but Pronator's syndrome instead. He provided injections and after those were no longer working recommended surgery. 2 months after the surgery and I was able to finally do things I couldn't do before. PT was right above his office and it was very convenient and the staff were flexible.
