Wrong Part was received and Walt in customer service said it's not their problem and to send it to the manufacturer even though it was purchased from Raybucks. When we called the manufacturer they said if we sent them the $200 part randomly they wouldn't be able to do anything in terms of a refund. Why can't we return the part to the company we gave our money to and get the refund?
