never buy a carpet from raybuck, i got the wrong color NOT EVEN CLOSE!! MADE TO ORDER, but if they get the color wrong they refuse to stand by product, i ordered samples at 2 different times and they never showed one before order and one after my purchase, his responce was i should have not ordered till samples came, neither samples ever came before or after.. this company covers themselves and not the buyer.. never again!
Liars, frankly put. I will never purchase even a lug nut from these shysters again.
We ordered rocker panel parts for an F350. We did not anticipate a delay in order. But Raybuck staff communicated by email informing us there would be a delay. In fairness, the order also fell between the July 4th weekend. We received our great, quality parts within 9 business days. Be patient if you receive the email as well. Parts are quality. Price was good. Yes, would recommend them, and will reorder with Raybucks.
3 weeks in, order is still “Processing” and don’t even try to ever call them. Might was well not even have a phone if no one isn’t going to answer it.

Tyler, as the website stated, most sheet metal parts are taking 3-4 weeks to ship. And as the phone message stated, our call volumes are really high, apparently because people aren't reading or believing the 3-4 week timeframe, but if you leave a message we call everyone back. Orders stay in a "Processing" state until they are shipped. If you would prefer, we can cancel and refund your order.
If you need a job done in a timely manner...Don't use these guys. took 15 days to process the order on my cab corner...and that's not including shipping!! staff did offer my money back and to cancel order when I complained, so atleast there's that, but at that time it was already 12 days in...thanks to them I'm way behind on a job!!
Recommendedsheet metal parts are good quality and fit fast shipping with covid to prices are the best I've seen compared to other company's will be ordering from raybuck whenever I need something for a project
