They bait you to come in...called about a specific car, called prior, was told it was there and I could come test drive. Took me over an hour to get there to be told it was available to even look at. I had it at this point with salesmen...I did cuss the guy out. Not so classy but good lord. He proceeded to say, "I have 600 other cars here"....seriously. Completely baited me to come in knowing darn well I wasn't going to get to see the car I was coming there for. The most unfortunate part, he claimed he was a manager. DIRTY
I’m writing to express some concerns I’ve had since the purchase of her Kia. I still have not heard from the GM after sending multiple emails or after speaking with the service manager (who was has been wonderful at navigating all of this) who I know contacted the GM on my behalf and forwarded the emails to him. The day we purchased, multiple scratches and chunks of missing paint were noticeable all over the vehicle. We were told by Mac to schedule an appointment on a Monday...Continue Reading
Ray skillman Southside was a wonderful experience for me! they were able to get me out of my 2014 chevy Malibu that I was in so much negative equity over after being taken advantage of from a different dealership, and got me into a new-used car (2017 Ford taurus) that I love for a GREAT price and a new loan right at my budget! they went above and beyond making everything right for me. shoutout to my salesman AJ, and Damon in finances! I highly recommend! they rock!!!
