Ok, firstly I will say that MOST of the actual car buying was OK. We bought a new Telluride essentially off the truck and it took WAY too long, but some of that is relatively understandable. The financing guy was actually really nice and helped out as much as he could (and he wore a face shield, which for the purposes of this review is an A+).
