I paid $1800, in total, for a fuel pump they said was the cause of my car slowing down whenever the engine warms up. Within the same day, the issue came up again. They then said it was the tires. Today, my car still has the same issue- which leads me to believe It never needed a fuel pump at all. I asked them for my money back, but they said it was too late. Yet, they have continuously sent me mail asking me to trade in my car with them.
Ken M. Is the BEST! Everyone at the dealership are awesome to work with. This is the 2nd vehicle that we’ve gotten from them and we will continue to come back AND spread the word to our friends and family.
Terrible! I bought my car here and plan on getting another Kia in the future and I will NOT be making my purchase from here. When I am called and told my car needs work due to an update and that it won’t cost me anything but 40 mins of my time but then when I arrive I am told two hours and that they will not give me a loaner car to get my errands done, even though it was their mistake in telling me only 40 mins. It’s all about customer service and that was the worst service.
Service department is awesome. Jami and Lyndsay are the dream team.
