Would not recommend going here during the pandemic. A few of the staff had their masks under their nose, a couple staff walked around massless at times, and 3 customers were there without masks on and nobody addressed it. I saw all of this in the hour I was there.
Stand behind their promises and if you break something while doing service, fix it or at least tell the customer

They have the best customer service and sales agents and not to mention the vehicles are very dependable, clean and safe. They really take care of you and are very respectful. I'll keep coming back.

When a customer schedules a remote start to be installed in their car. Changes work plans and such to drop off the car and not have it for the day you should probably make sure that you ordered the remote start so that it can actually be installed. Going to Andy Mohr Kia for now on. Hope I can transfer my extended warranty there too because I do not intend to return.
