We bought a certified preowned vehicle less than 1 week ago and put less than 200 miles on it and discovered it needed back brakes and tires. This vehicle was suppose to be CERTIFIED. They will not honor their promise. With the brakes and tires that way they are should have never let that vehicle leave the dealership let alone been certified. Ray Skillman you just lost a customer.

Worst car buying experience ever. Rude staff, give you the run around. Leave debt unpaid to lenders they promise to pay off, and when asked about it you get a 20 minute conversation ending in “not my problem”. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! Take it to anywhere else!! I now understand why the used car buying experience is so looked down upon these days, thanks for ruining our credit and our trust. Please save yourself the trouble and shop anywhere else.
I have always recommended Ray Skillman. Unfortunately this dealership has ruined my enjoyable purchase history with them, and our trust in speaking with car salespeople. Huge lesson learned after a purchase here in April, and being told one thing, and then getting a surprise three months later by GM financial.
