I was very fortunate to have Trevor Bernhardt as my salesman and Eric Alcorn for my financing,they both worked very hard and I purchased a 2018 Elantra for my granddaughter and a 2018 Sonata for myself,the look on my GRANDDAUGHTERS face was PRICELESS.!! Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai is a really good dealership they really care about their customers Mark worked with me on my first 17 Hyundai Tuscon and after I was in an accident he made sure I had the best deal on the next 17 Hyundai I purchased. Everyone was really good they truly do car about their customer I will recommend them to friends if they ever need a car or SUV
I bid on a car that Ray Skillman was auctioning on Ebay. The Ebay ad had no minimum and throughout the auction I was high bidder several times and ended up winning the auction. I received notice from Ebay that I won the auction and request for payment. I called and spoke with Ryan Stevenson at Ray Skillman and he told me that they could not sell the car for the winning bid as per the Ebay ad and that it would take another $10,000. This is a very disreputable business in my opinion!
They was able to help us get into a fabulous 2016 Hyundai santa fe and the customer service was great.
