My husband and I had a horrible experience with this dealership. We waited at the dealership for over 7 hours to be told that they couldn't help us. I wouldn't be so disappointed if the process didn't take so long. our visit to this dealership was our first and most definitely our last. My car buying experience was aggravating and a complete waste of time. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited from Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai. I had to put a non-refundable deposit down as I had a two hour drive over and did not want it to be gone when I got there. So, I feared since they knew I was locked in they would short change me on my trade-in. I was wrong. They gave me a very solid trade-in value.
